Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of floral products by Flawrist Flower Shop ("Flawrist," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Delivery Areas & Coverage
- We offer delivery services within Metro Manila.
- For deliveries outside our standard coverage, additional fees may apply or third-party couriers may be arranged.
2. Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered Monday to Sunday.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 o'clock in the afternoon (PST).
Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated upon checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for rush orders, peak seasons, or special handling requests.
4. Delivery Timeframe & Conditions
- While we strive to meet preferred delivery times, exact time guarantees are not possible due to traffic and logistics.
- Deliveries will be made between 8am to 7pm, depending on volume and route schedules.
5. Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will:
- Contact the recipient for alternative instructions.
- Leave the flowers with a receptionist, security, or authorized person if permitted.
- Reschedule delivery for an additional fee.
6. Weather & Unforeseen Delays
- In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen events (e.g., road closures, natural disasters), delivery may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any changes.
7. Order Tracking & Confirmation
- Customers will receive a confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
- Proof of delivery (photo or signature) may be provided upon request.
8. Incorrect Address & Redelivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
9. Third-Party Couriers
- For select locations, third-party couriers may be used. Flawrist is not liable for delays or mishandling by external providers.
